Project 416 – School-to-school coaching in Zambia: Teachers: Putting names to faces
Mid-January 2012 and we are ready to start putting names to the faces of, at least some, of the 300+ teachers in the partnership. We would like everybody "updated" and BECOMING ACTIVE well before the end of the year. We start today with a teacher with great drive and passion, Ms Serah Kalambo Mbetwe from KITWE BASIC SCHOOL. The picture shows her attentively listening during the Training of Trainers workshop of 19th to 23rd December, 2012. The truth is that she did a lot more than listening then and thereafter since she has been very active and instrumental in getting the project to take root at her school. Thanks go to the Head of her school, Mr Gondwe, for all the support given to his staff in order to facilitate the working of the project's activities.
